Success as a Lean Healthcare System requires extensive knowledge of Toyota-based principles, philosophy and methodology. The is designed to support both knowledge acquisition and practical application through lecture, simulation, written case studies, onsite case studies and teaching practice.
JWA is proud to continue its collaboration with a long-time client, Seattle Children’s Hospital. This collaboration allows seminar participants to learn from executives and managers, physicians, nurses and staff during the Seattle Children’s CPI Showcase. The two-day Showcase is followed by a five-day Lean Leader Training offered by JWA. Case studies provided during Seattle Children’s Showcase will be discussed in-depth during the Lean Leader Training.
The JWA series has been developed out of more than a decade of application experience in healthcare organizations. We invite you to come learn from our consultants who have led lean implementation initiatives in healthcare as well as other industries.
All of our courses are offered in the Seattle metropolitan area.
